be disclosed to any organization or individual and shall not
be used for any purpose other than the business of the Oldsmobile Club of
Canada (OCC). Permission is hereby given by me to include my name and information
about my vehicle in the roster of club members which may be posted on the internet.
The publication of the roster shall not include my postal address, e-mail address,
or my telephone number. My personal information may be retained by the OCC only for
as long as I am an active member of the club.

Upon receipt and processing of your application, you will receive your OCC
Membership package,
containing important club information and your Membership card. Thank you
for joining the club.
Remember that participation is crucial to any club.
